Regular registration deadline was 15 December 2015. We received a much larger number of registrations than we are physically able to host. For this reason we were forced to make a selection. Accepted participants (i.e., those who obtained the invitation letter) should pay the registration fee of 50 EUR via bank transfer by 15 January 2016.

Limited COST fundings are available to support travel and accommodation for participants from the COST countries or the Near Neighbour Country approved institution. PhD students, postdocs, and researchers are eligible for refunding. Beware that registration fee cannot be refunded by COST. Please specify if you are applying for COST funding in the registration form below. Those who apply for funding need to have an e-COST account (create a new account if you do not already have one). If your application for funding is approved you will be informed on reimbursement details by the Grant Holder.
